The manufacturer will customize this canoe six ways to Sunday.
Below you'll find everything that makes this boat truly special. We've listed a starting price in carbon Kevlar — a fantastic material and a great place to begin — but don't stop there.
Let us help you build your perfect boat.
The options don't cost as much as you might think. In fact, a man I met in Mexico once said it best when I asked him about the price of something exceptional:
"Hey man — for what you are getting, it's almost free!"
We couldn't agree more.

The Slipstream Inspire 14.5 is a versatile hand-laminated canoe that excels as both a solo and tandem paddler's dream. Its moderately rockered hull delivers responsive tracking and graceful turning, whether you're navigating twisting streams or expansive lakes. The ultralight construction makes loading effortless on any vehicle, opening up possibilities from quick morning paddles to week-long adventures. Designed for comfort and control, the Inspire features a shallow arch hull for stability, noticeable tumblehome for easy paddle handling, and traditional contoured seats that sit high for excellent visibility. Solo paddlers enjoy stable, responsive performance across varying water conditions. Tandem teams in the 150-pound range will appreciate the spacious layout, though larger paddlers may prefer the Inspire 16. Customize your setup with solo or tandem outfitting—choose traditional canoe paddles, kayak-style seating with a double blade, or oars for rowing. The boat handles waves up to 24 inches comfortably and competes with pack boats for portaging and backwater exploration. Ultralight rot-resistant cedar decks and thwarts, adjustable seat options, scupper spacers, and strong grab loops round out this capable, lightweight platform that transforms every paddle into an unforgettable experience.
