Metacaulk Composite Sheet
The Metacaulk Composite Sheet is a lightweight, fire-resistive panel designed to seal penetrations and restore fire ratings in floors, ceilings, and walls with penetrating openings. Constructed from intumescent material bonded to a steel sheet, it expands when exposed to heat, forming a protective char that helps slow heat transfer and prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and toxic fumes.
Providing up to 3 hours of fire protection, the Metacaulk Composite Sheet is UL Classified and ideal for clean rooms, cable trays, junction boxes, retrofit projects, and other fire-rated penetration sealing applications.
